All Démona pieces are final sale.

Because every piece is handmade in small batches with natural materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our work. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@demona.us, we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

To report an issue:
Email us at hi@demona.us with your order number and photos. We respond within 24 hours.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, reach out at hi@demona.us and we'll do our best to find the right piece for you.

European Union

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law.
